Welcome back to my blog, i hope you not boring to read my activity, today i'am personal product. i make local food from kendari, sout celebes. the name is 'Sate Pokea'. okay i will explain to my food. first iam prepare the tools and ingrdients,
Tools :
- stock pot
- sauce pan
- spoon
- spatula
- skewer
- spider
- blend procesor
- grill
Ingridient :
500 gr Green mussel
200 gr Peanut
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp shrimp paste
3 seed great chili
300 ml mussel stock
3 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp bird eye chili
To make it, boiled the water add the mussel cook until mussel open, about 5 minutes. next, fry peanuts, great chili and bird eye chili. blend together until not smooth. add the mussel stock, peanuts paste, shrimp past in the sauce pan. cook until 7 minutes. after that add soy sauce and brown sugar into the sauce pan. simmer until cook. finally i garnish my food for make interesting. finish.
