 TOOLS
(Equipmet and Utensil)

1.      Electric Deep Fryer (equipment)

Function : to deep fry food with right temprature and right timing

Materials : stainless steel with metal wire for the strainer

Cleaning : wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water






2.      Waffle Iron / Waffle Press (equipment)

Function : To cook waffle perfectly

Materials : metal, plastic, and non stick coating

Cleaning : clean it with wet napkin






3.      Salamander (equipment)

Function :  to cook food by using gratin method or heat from above only

Materials : stainless steel and heavy metal grill bar

Cleaning : clean it with wet napkin






4.      Rotisserie carving Knife (utensil)

Function : to carve whole roasted chicken or any poultry or roasted meat

Materials : stainless steel , metal with plastic , wood or metal handle

Cleaning : wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water






5.      Rice Colander (utensil)

Function :  to cool down cooked rice or to serve them to customer

Materials : metal or alumunium

Cleaning : wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water






6.      Scimitar knife (utensil)

Function : Cut meat, cooked or raw , or to fillet big fish or butcher beef

Materials : stainless steel with plastic handle

Cleaning : wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water
