            Today is the second day of practice, and Iam in the cold kitchen section. In this day I handle soup, and I make Puree of pumkin soup.  First, iam prepare tools and ingridient. The material has been provided yesterday. So today I immediately did.
           Okay i will presentation to make it. first all vegetable cut into slice. heat stock, pumpkin, onion, thyme, garlic and peppercorns. bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered. puree the soup in small batches using a food processor or blender and i use blender. return to pan, and bring to a boil again. reduce heat to low, and simmer for another 30 minutes, uncovered. stir in heavy cream. pour into soup bowls and garnish with parsley before served.




           The soup I made today was very satisfying to me. there is a bit of different taste because too much celery that I use. So the taste pumpkin less. But the matter of taste remains satisfactory.
Today is pretty tiring. Probably, because the first time in practice in semester 4 with ala care menu.
