Hello guys, welcome back to my blog, today I will tell you my activity. I come late today into the kitchen because my motorcycle bikes down. Upon arriving at the lecturers' kitchen having finished explaining the menu for today, I moved the task to the butcher, before it was on my ala carte 1 menu in the cold kitchen, and this was my first time in butcher. It turns out in butcher fun, all prepare for tomorrow's menu related to the meat that is needed in the main course, appetizer, soup. All prepared in butcher, making squid ring for calamari, preparing tenderloin for Wellington beef, and many other . And today I make food for the "Anak Bangsa" that is sweet sour squid. The Anak Bangsa is a call to our culinary student.In addition to the butcher I also help friends in pastry making bread, and help in the appetizer make empek-empek Palembang. And today we also enjoy the food of "anak bangsa" because it has so many menus. We are general cleaning. And after that oneline and go home.
