Welcome back to my blog guys, 

        Day is the second day of practice, and I am in the butcher section. but because our work has finished so we help the cold kitchen. open restaurant today at 11:00 because today on campus held the ceremony on the 17th. usually we open restaurant at 10.00.

                 As usual every day we are busy with doing and prepare materials for tomorrow because this is ala carte. I helped the cold kitchen to make Thai Papaya And Mango Salad.

           And today I record all the amount of material in the kitchen to find out the existing inventory and facilitate the lecturer to order less or empty materials, as usual we had to general cleaning before going home, and today we went home early.
