Rabu, 4 April 2018
            Today is the third day of practice, and our group remains in the cold kitchen section, the day menu remains the same. And I served to make a rujak fruit, fruit consists of kedondong, mango, pineapple, bengkoang, papaya. And the sauce is very simple: beans, brown sugar, shrimp paste, cayenne pepper. Everything is mixed. Plenty of lessons on plating today. We are trying to make a plating that looks interesting today. Not just talking about interesting taste is very tasty.
