Utensil And Equipment

1. Peeler (utensil)
Function: to peel ingredients like fruit or vegetable

Material : stainless steel.

Cleaning : clean with detergent and rinse with clean water, after that dry it.




2.Tilting boiling pan (equipment)
Function : to boil with a big quantities

Material : iron

Cleaning : clean with wet cloth and finishing with dry cloth, for the bowl use detergent to clean




3.Potato peeler (equipment)
Function : to peel the potato with large quantities

Material : stainless steel

Cleaning : clean with the wet cloth and finishing with dry cloth




4.Lighter (utensil) 
Function : to turn on fire on the stove

Material : plastic and iron

Cleaning : clean with wet cloth and finshing with dry cloth




5.Thermometer (utensil)
Function : to measure meat or other food temperature

Material : stainless steel

Cleaning: clean with wet clot and finishing with dry cloth







6.Tilting pan (equipment)

Function : to fry with large quantities


Material : iron


Cleaning : clean with wet cloth and finishing with dry cloth, for the bowl use detergent to clean
