            Today  is the third  week of practice. My group gets the job of prepare Main course for tomorrow . This name Spaghetti Bolonese, Spaetzle,Roast Turkey With Giblet Gravy and Vegetable Tagliatelle. which is prepared today is bolognese sauce, mirepoix for turkey, pieces of vegetable for Tagliatelle. Tomorrow's Buffet menu is  "Europan buffet"

          Spaghetti is a food of italy which is a thype of pasta, Spaetzle is a food of German. After that, we did a general cleaning and immediately returned home to do the next task.
