Today I'm assigned to incharge semester 2.Today is breakfast menu 'Rotasi 1.1' I was in the kitchen preparing everything needed for today. so many something wrong today. baked potato over cook, appetizer not enough, french bread over , for the preparation of tomorrow dough choux pastry sting dilute, etc. But, today's main course is so perfect to me.
After everything is done, the restaurant has been closed and the preparation has finished. they are ready to eat, and at 16.30 we start GC and go home at 19.00
